Lachmi Baviera , Program Head   Music Business Management   Former Warner Music Philippines General Manager, Lachmi Baviera is the newly installed program head for the Music Business Management program.    She will continue the legacy of the late Eugene Villauz, founder of the MBM program, who passed away in 2017. Previously, Lachmi was at the helm of Warner Music Philippines, leading the record label into the digital age by transforming it from a traditional music label into a digital entertainment company.  She brings her professional experience from the music business world to academia. She has made it her personal mission to uplift the Philippine music scene by providing more and more opportunities for independent artists to showcase their talent to a global market.  Lachmi was also on the board of the Philippine Assoc. for the Recording Industry (PARI).  She received her bachelor's degree in Marketing from St. Paul's College, Manila.

  Dennis Marasigan , Program Head   Theater Arts   As the newly installed program head for Theater Arts, Dennis Marasigan brings his rich experience as an actor, screenwriter, director and producer for both theater and cinema to MINT College. Its curriculum will emphasize design thinking, media, and digital business that will help students to be globally competitive and lead initiative in helping them to build startup companies of their own.

As a designer, he has worked with UNIQLO, Jasmine Di Milo, Diesel, and Absolut. Eventually, Mobo begun his own womenswear line, MOBO, which launched during the 2009 Paris Fashion Week, exhibited at Musée du Louvre, and featured on Italian Vogue. In 2012, he served as a finale judge on Project Runway Philippines Season 3.

 
  Tony Meloto , Program Head   Social Entrepreneurship   Tony Meloto began the Gawad Kalinga project that aims to reclaim the dignity of the marginalized communities through helping them build self-sustaining villages. He won various recognitions for his initiative and effort for social service. He was declared as Filipino of the Year by Philippine Daily Inquirer and as one of the People of the Year by Philippine Star in 2006. He earned his degree in AB Economics from Ateneo De Manila as a full scholar. MINT College included him in the faculty roster to further enrich the school’s curriculum. Under the guidance of “Tito Tony,” he will direct the Social Entrepreneurship program by instilling the value of social responsibility to MINT students through select projects and activities.
