• Applications are opened every first semester of the school year. The schedule would be posted once application dates are finalized

  • Applications are open for incoming and current students

  • Results would be announced via email two-three weeks after the audition or application

  • Enclose complete requirements inside a brown envelope. The following info should be written on the envelope: (Last Name, First Name/ Gr or Yr level/ Track of Program/  Talent or Academic)

Academic Scholarship

Applicants should submit the accomplished form and complete set of requirements within the set deadline. Submission of student portfolio is also encouraged. Academic Scholarship Applicants are required to have a general weighted average of 90 (SHS students) with final grades per subject not lower than 85; no GWA 1.75 lower and final grades not lower than 2.00 for transferees and second degree applicants.

Talent Scholarship

Apart from the submission of application form and requirements, Talent Scholarship applicants will also have to audition or submit a portfolio as part of the rigorous screening process. The talent scholarship is open to all students regardless of their chosen program

Audition Options:

Performance- students are welcome to perform a song or dance number in front of a panel. Applicants are required to bring their own instruments or any accompaniment during their performance. (highly recommended for MBM applicants)

Theater Arts applicants are required to perform a provided audition piece. Additionally, they are also welcome to perform a piece of their own choosing. Students who would present their portfolio as an additional submission is also encouraged.

Drawing Skills Test- Applicants can also audition under a Drawing Skills Test if drawing/painting/ or anything visual is more of their strongsuit. (highly recommended for MMA applicants) Students who would present their portfolio as an additional submission is also encouraged.

FILM Skills Test- Applicants who have compiled their works under short film, photography, and production would be endorsed for a panel discussion. Students are going to present their video reels, scripts, or stories.


Rohanie Yvette C. Ariola, Information Technology '16, Scholar

Rohanie graduated from MINT's Information Technology program as a full scholar. She was also a Ramon Magsaysay Foundation scholar in high school.

Jan Mecca Roño, Multimedia Arts '18, Scholar

Jan is a graduate of MINT Multimedia Arts program. She is also a leadership awardee.

Karl Alexis Jingco, Theater Arts '16, Scholar

Karl is a graduate of MINT Theater Arts program in 2016. He is also a professional comedian and host. He is currently active as a theater play director and actor.


Clara Benin, Music Business Management '16, Scholar

Clara, 2016 MINT MBM graduate, sang the jingle for this McDonald's 2014 ad. In 2013, Clara released her 1st EP Album "Be My Thrill," which was produced entirely by MINT students as part of their MBM finals project. Clara's EP launch at the Freedom Bar on March 8, 2013 was a success and her album sold out in a matter of hours!

Jasper Salimbangon, Film '15, Scholar

Jasper is a graduate of MINT's Film program. He started directing music videos for independent flip top artists and had his big break with ABRA's "Gayuma", which currently has 30 million views on YouTube as of this posting. He co-directed and edited ABRA's hit video with a fellow MINT student. He now works regularly for Star Records and has directed for such premier artists as Toni Gonzaga, Angeline Quinto, Jessa Zaragoza and Marion Aunor.

Directed by Jasper Salimbangon, this music video was produced by MINT College for Star Record's Himig Handog 2014 Songwriting Competition. "Bumabalik Ang Nagdaan" is performed by Jessa Zaragoza and was composed by Sarah Jane Gandia. The entire video crew was comprised of MINT students. 

Currently with 30 million views, this YouTube record-breaking video was Jasper's first co-directorial hit. On March 2013, Gayuma won Favorite Music Video and Favorite Urban Video at the 2013 MYX Music Awards.
