The Meridian International College (MINT College) hit a homerun, coming back this year from a two-year hiatus to the annual Career Consultation and Guidance Fair (CCGF), at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, last September 4 and 5.

Students from various visiting high schools flocked MINT’s booth for two days. The school showcased its musical talents with performances by Syd Hartha, MINT Music Business Management student and one of Spotify Philippines’ top OPM artists, who sang her rendition of the OPM classic, “Ang Huling El Bimbo” by Eraserheads, and her own original song, “Tila Tala.”

Meanwhile, MINT Multimedia Arts students, calligrapher Louise Anog and Andy Dimagmaliw pulled in awestruck students who watched them paint a colorful mural at the back of the booth, which then turned into an eye-catching backdrop for the students’ group photos.

The two-day affair is hosted by the International Education Specialists. Top colleges and universities in the country participate in the said event. Since 1988, the convention offers career orientations on various academic fields and career consultations to incoming senior high school and college students.
