Applications are opened every first semester of the school year. The schedule would be posted once application dates are finalized

Results would be announced via email two-three weeks after the audition or application
Enclose complete requirements inside a brown envelope. The following info should be written on the envelope: (Last Name, First Name/ Gr or Yr level/ Track of Program/ Talent or Academic)
Applicants should submit the accomplished form and complete set of requirements within the set deadline. Submission of student portfolio is also encouraged. Academic Scholarship Applicants are required to have a general weighted average of 90 (SHS students) with final grades per subject not lower than 85; no GWA 1.75 lower and final grades not lower than 2.00 for transferees and second degree applicants.
Apart from the submission of application form and requirements, Talent Scholarship applicants will also have to audition or submit a portfolio as part of the rigorous screening process. The talent scholarship is open to all students regardless of their chosen program
Performance- students are welcome to perform a song or dance number in front of a panel. Applicants are required to bring their own instruments or any accompaniment during their performance. (highly recommended for MBM applicants)
Theater Arts applicants are required to perform a provided audition piece. Additionally, they are also welcome to perform a piece of their own choosing. Students who would present their portfolio as an additional submission is also encouraged.
Drawing Skills Test- Applicants can also audition under a Drawing Skills Test if drawing/painting/ or anything visual is more of their strongsuit. (highly recommended for MMA applicants) Students who would present their portfolio as an additional submission is also encouraged.
FILM Skills Test- Applicants who have compiled their works under short film, photography, and production would be endorsed for a panel discussion. Students are going to present their video reels, scripts, or stories.
