EDUCATIONAL PARTNER


ISTITUTO EUROPEO DI DESIGN (or IED) is an international network of education born in 1966, with a 100% Italian DNA, operating in the fields of training and research in the disciplines of Design, Fashion, Visual Arts, Communication and Management with 7 seats in Italy - Milan, Como, Venice, Turin, Florence, Rome, Cagliari; 3 in Spain - Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao; and 2 in Brazil - São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro. IED academic offerings include Undergraduate, Masters, Summer, and Continuing Education programs.

IED had collaborated with MINT for a webinar on Brand Design and also held a Portfolio Critique Session.

INDUSTRY PARTNERS

AB MULTIMEDIA ARTS

 
 
 

The partnership of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls with MINT College has translated to two murals that exist now inside the Venice Grand Canal Mall. The first wall painted is located beside Fullybooked, for the mall’s “Venetian Coffee Festival: Rhythym and Brews”. Their artwork is titled “Life Begins After Coffee.” Several Multimedia Arts students also took part in the mural project located by the entrance of the Robinson’s Food Hall. They called second mural, “Food is the Ingredient that Binds Us Together”.

 

Ortigas East is the land development company under Ortigas Land that handles the growth of the 16-hectare area along Dona Julie Vargas Avenue. With the opening of the new MINT College campus in Silver City 1A building in 2019, they have partnered with MINT in launching the ‘Everything Counts’ mural in front of the said building. This is a project of Multimedia Arts students for Media Week, and they have partnered with several environmental non-profit organizations for its completion.

 

The Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. is a non-stock and non-profit organization whose member companies specialize in digital 2D and 3D animation. Supported by the Philippine government and handled by animation industry members, the organized body aims to promote Filipino talent in animation and build an industry in the country that would be competitive globally. 

 
 

Prestige Paper Products provides the widest range of specialty paper for graphic designers, social printers, commercial printers, digital service bureaus, institutions and hobbyists. Here in the Philippines, they are the sole distributor of the finest papermaking house, Fedrigoni Cartiere S.p.a., which has glorious tradition of fine papermaking since 1888. Their partnership with the MMA program promises commercially viable products that the students themselves would create and design— from logo, packaging and the product itself.

 

Fedrigoni Papers is an Italian paper-making company that specializes in creating quality paper products for artists and designers alike. They had previously collaborated with MINT College for seminars such as “Paper Trail” and had also sponsored competitions and class projects of Multimedia Arts students via Materials Class.


BS MUSIC BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

 

Ditto Music is responsible for the online music distribution of MINT active musicians to all available and well-known streaming sites, like Apple Music, Google Play, and Spotify.

 

PhilPop would like to see every Filipino musician thrive and flourish in their art. They believe that Filipino music is our cultural treasure as a country and a refelction of their identity. It aims to find excellent musical composers PhilPop sees Filipino music as a cultural treasure and as a reflection of Filipinos’ identity. Its main advocacy is to search for and inspire excellent Filipino musical composers.

MINT College has been a consecutive winner for their event. In the past 5 years, it has successfully run the PhilPop Songwriting Competition, inspiring Filipino songwriters to submit their entries and to make their dreams of reaching out to Filipinos through their songs a reality.


FASHION MANAGEMENT

 

At the inaugural runway and trunk show of Sofia Borromeo’s contemporary womenswear line, Sofie B, our students experienced behind the scenes of an intimate, invitation only, society fashion function. They were engaged in event management and customer-facing roles, applying the skills they learned in an exclusive experience.

 

The Red Charity Gala, the country’s largest and most anticipated annual fashion event, shares our mission to spark innovation in the local fashion climate. The partnership immerses students in one of the most exclusive, local fashion experiences, from design, events management, public relations and communications, and business for an unparalleled educational experience.


BSBA MARKETING

 

The adobo Magazine is a widely read publication that serves as a primary source of information about the current trends in the creative industry. It provides in-depth and relevant reports about design and advertising, as well as features about those involved especially in the creative media landscape.

 

This association aims to make and promote Marketing as a field of study and a profession backed by the principles of ethics, corporate citizenship and corporate social responsibility. As a member of the Philippine Marketing Association—the Youth and Academe Committee— it will bring about the part for will bring us closer to industry, and help us forge linkages with them.

 

Thoughtful Media is a global media and technology company that services the high demand for influencer based branding. The partnership provides unique, customised modules reacting to today’s influencer marketing landscape, providing students with industry insight into this exciting and relevant field. By learning from leading professionals, our students are ready to solve new age marketing matters with relevant, contemporary solutions.


AB THEATER ARTS

 

In line with the Original Pilipino Performing Art (OPPA) Foundation’s mission to elevate the local performing arts scene, and with their trust in the quality of MINT College’s Theatre Arts Program, we are proud to announce that we are a partner institution officially covered by the OPPA Foundation Scholarship Program.
