Creativity and innovation are characteristic of people that effect positive change in today's world. As technological advances weave itself into the fabric of everyday life, these changes seem to be happening at breakneck speeds. The way we work, the way we live, and even the way we play have all been affected by new technologies designed to simplify and economize. But for reasons unknown, education has largely been untouched.

Today, the educational industry finds itself playing catchup to meet the demands of industry and lifestyle in a way that has not been done before. Meridian International (MINT) College has taken on this challenge with a unique educational focus on programs that integrate business, arts and technology.

Our methods of education equips students with applied industry best practices by exposing them to professional work as early as their first year in college. This ensures a smooth and seamless transition into the real world.

We are also committed to provide equal opportunities to the most deserving students that might not necessarily have the means to enroll in a private educational institution. At least 20 percent of our total student population receive full scholarships for the entire duration of their studies at MINT, and we look to increase that in the coming future. It is a strong belief of ours that quality education should be afforded by all.

MINT's cross-disciplinary approach prepares students to take on today's global challenges with expertise in business, arts and technology. They display the capability of tackling diverse issues and problems and are aware of how to develop their potential to the fullest. MINT College fills the gap between education and the real world. The timing is perfect for this unique school and I predict it to be the new standard in education. I invite you to come and experience this new paradigm at MINT College.

Sincerely,
BAL ENDRIGA

Conveniently located in McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio section of Taguig City, MINT College is in one of the most accessible cities in Metro Manila. This 1,315-square-meter campus is a canvas. Its white walls are used as exhibit spaces for both art students and budding artists. This modern campus was created to reflect our time. From the graphic-designed walls to sleek glass doors to iconic, irregularly shaped chairs and technology-infused classrooms, MINT’s contemporary point of view translates from its academic curriculum to campus facilities that scream ultramodern visual design and multimedia technology.

The Geek Central is MINT’s grand computer laboratory, which also serves as the venue for student examinations. To minimize the use of paper on campus, MINT has a “no test paper policy” in all its courses.

The lab’s sleek and modern design is complimented by a powerful arsenal of iMacs and Apple gear.

The Apple Experiencenter is MINT’s very own library-cafe-and-digital-center. It is a multi-purpose learning center powered by the latest Apple technology from iMacs to Macbooks to iPods and iPads that give access to digital books and audio-visual references. All computer units are powered by the Internet and MINT Intranet for students to access the World Wide Web and a wide range of journals

    | watch COME TOGETHR Batch 2015 video |

The Sonic Boom is MINT’s state-of-the art music and sound recording studio where students develop and edit audio productions.

The 80-seater Mint Playhouse is a multi-faceted theater that can also act as a lecture hall and broadcast studio. It welcomes film fests, stage plays and symposiums for students, professors and guests, while its studio facilities are used by Film & Communications Management, Music Business Management and Applied Arts & New Media, Theater Arts & Communications students for recorded and live-streaming video projects.

The five color-coded classrooms, namely Menthol, Spearmint, Peppermint, Lemonmint and Indigo, do not have “blackboards.” Instead, these classrooms are equipped with 42-inch LCD screens that professors and students can use for audio-visual presentations. A clever technology known as the “interactive whiteboard” is used for lectures and illustrations in each room. Glassboards are also installed to replace chalkboards.

In addition, MINT installed a bean bag room to ensure that learning is both fun and relaxing.
